Women in Law Enforcement Conference Testimonial:

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say “Thanks” for encouraging me to go to the Women in Law Enforcement Conference in Halifax. I really enjoyed it!

The first day of the conference I just kept looking around at all the female enforcement officers……over 100 of them…it was so different from my usual….being in a room full of male enforcement officers and me being the “only girl”.

I learned over the three (3) days that a lot of these women have years of experience and stories to tell of their years in enforcement work. A lot of these women are leaders in their organizations. I was really impressed by the stories of how these women have been courageous along their career paths and have inspired others along the way.

It was a real three days of motivation and encouragement to “have the courage to take the lead.” I can only hope that somewhere down the road I will be an inspiration to someone as these women were to me.

Once again, “thanks’.
